Refund and dispute policy

If you experience a billing error or are dissatisfied with the service, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@rez-tailor.com. We review refund requests case‑by‑case. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Charge disputes can be initiated with your card issuer; we will provide supporting documentation promptly.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will keep Pro access until then. To cancel, go to the app and click Manage Subscription or email support@rez-tailor.com.

Returns

No physical goods are sold. All products are digital services and content delivered online; therefore, there is no return shipping process.

Legal or export restrictions

Use of the service is subject to applicable U.S. export laws and restrictions. Users in embargoed countries or on U.S. sanctions lists are not permitted to use the service.

Promotions — terms & conditions

From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts. Unless otherwise stated: offers are for new subscribers only, non‑transferable, cannot be combined, and are limited to one per customer. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated term, after which standard pricing resumes. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
